Email us at [email protected] and include your order number and a clear explanation of your request.

We normally respond within 1–2 business days. Sending multiple messages about the same issue may delay the handling of your request.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for checking the selected product, colour, size, quantity, name, telephone number and delivery address before completing payment.

Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, we may be unable to change or cancel it.

Sanctioned Countries and Restricted Regions

Due to applicable international sanctions, export control regulations, trade restrictions, and compliance requirements, we do not offer shipping, sales, or services to certain sanctioned countries, territories, or restricted regions.

Restricted destinations include, but are not limited to: Iran, Syria, North Korea, Cuba, Russia, Belarus, Venezuela, Myanmar, Haiti, Somalia, Yemen, Zimbabwe, Liberia, the Central African Republic, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, as well as the Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson regions of Ukraine.

Orders placed from, shipped to, or associated with any restricted country, territory, or region may be cancelled at our sole discretion. If we determine that an order may violate applicable sanctions, export control laws, or payment compliance requirements, we reserve the right to refuse service, cancel the order, and issue a refund where applicable.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their purchase and delivery address comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and trade restrictions. We may update this restricted destination policy from time to time to remain compliant with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service where a customer engages in fraud, abuse, harassment, threatening behaviour, repeated payment disputes, misuse of promotions or other unlawful or inappropriate conduct.
